The Team
Louisa
Louisa is our Designer and brings the essential feminine touch to the company. She has designed over 250 gardens in the local area and has been in practice for almost 20 years. Although she is passionate about plants she understands the civil engineering nature of our construction projects and designs gardens that work and look wonderful. Louisa is married to Kevin.

Kevin
Kevin is a quantity surveyor and looks after the whole construction process. His background has covered huge building projects, including Times Square in London, so he’s well qualified to handle every build element of the gardens we construct. He’s often called a perfectionist, which we think is a good thing, unless you’re married to him. He is married to Louisa.

Matthew
Matthew is our Construction Site Manager and has built many of the gardens you can see in our portfolio. He joined us after working with another landscaping company in Haslemere and now lives in Hove with his wife Lucy. Matt runs marathons for charity and likes a bacon sandwich, (as long as we don’t tell Lucy). He has a wealth of experience and pays great attention to detail, one of the main things we like about him.

Ben
Ben is one of our foremen and has been with us for most of these projects too, playing an important part in their construction. He is an experienced ground worker and operator, being experienced and qualified to drive large machines. Ben lives in Brighton too and is our rock and roll member of the team, playing guitar on a regular basis in a local band. His hair always looks great on a Monday after he’s been performing on Saturday night.

Craig
Craig is our other foreman and has more energy than all of us put together. He’s incredibly strong and will lift things that the rest of us run away from (health and safety permitting of course). Craig is great at building gardens with really complex levels, always useful in Sussex. Craig likes active sports and goes to the gym regularly.

Other members of the team
Dependent on the project size our other team members join our key staff according to site size and requirements. Smaller gardens will have a team of 3 or 4 whilst our larger gardens have had 16 on site plus specialised sub-contractors. Each site has one or more of our foremen plus the necessary labourers and specialists as required.
We work with trusted specialist tradesman for garden lighting, automatic gates, stainless steel and glass works, metal fabrications and electricians, for 3 phase requirements, plus swimming pool experts for pool plant. Everything else we handle ourselves.
Dependent on the project size our other team members join our key staff according to site size and requirements. Smaller gardens will have a team of 3 or 4 whilst our larger gardens have had 16 on site plus specialised sub-contractors.
