What size garden do you design and build?
All sizes. A smaller garden needs just as much thought as a larger space. Weíve worked on gardens of 80 acres and a roof terrace of 3m x 4m. If you want something special, then youíll need a designer to help make that possible.

How much does it cost to have your garden designed and built?
A lot depends on levels and access. A garden needing retaining walls with limited access for diggers will cost more than a lovely ëflatí garden with a wide gate and huge drive, but you can work on a rough guide of between 5 and 10% of your property value. You can have your garden designed only, and plans start from £750.

Are you around all the time?
Yes. We work really closely with you from start to finish. Because we will build your entire garden ourselves, we will project manage the build process and then this leads onto planting, which we handle too. Even when your garden is finished, we continue to look after you, offering maintenance and help for the future.

How long does it take to design and build the garden?
The initial survey and plans will take between 4-6 weeks and we will then be able to give you a time schedule for the build, dependent on the scale of the works.

Do you deal with planning and listed buildings?
Yes. This is something that comes up all the time, especially with the new front garden legislation and issues with boundary heights. Swimming pools need planning permission in some cases and so do raised or extended terraces. Do I need to find any of the contractors? No. We have our own building staff and contractors that we use regularly and everyone on site will be known to us and their work guaranteed.

Do you design and build all year?
Yep. We will be on site when most sane people are in the warm. We are a professional company and need to work all year round. Some of our biggest sites start in the winter in order to be ready to enjoy in the spring.
