The quotation that we give to you will break down each element of the works, with a time scale for the build. We will have worked closely with you to include those features that you have identified and prioritised within your budget.
At this stage, setting out plans and relevant construction drawings will be produced with a schedule of works and a date fixed for commencement.
Materials will be supplied to you to sign off and approve and an initial deposit will be taken to secure the construction slot and for materials to be ordered.
You are welcome to examine the specification for your garden, detailing the elements of construction and our code of practice. We are fully insured, full contracting members of the British Association of Landscape Industries and our staff are all fully qualified. We provide a guarantee for each aspect of the hard landscaping in your garden.
We will be on site throughout the project. The relationship between the designer, contractor and client is very important and you need to know we will look after every last detail for you. We also provide specialist plans for other garden designers who wish to produce the concept plans for their own clients but would like the construction to be taken care of by the contracted company.
As designers and contractors we are able to offer an entire service to you, or work with your own designers or contractors to plan or build your garden.
All of the plans produced are yours to keep, including the survey of your house and gardens which is carried out professionally to provide all the existing levels and materials used in your current location.
